The pine
lodge is a self-catering detached holiday cottage
situated in a private garden in the picturesque village
of Newton Ferrers,10 miles East of Plymouth, Devon,
South of England.
It is located
in a tranquil setting with views towards the harbour and
only a few minutes walk to the Yealm estuary
Local fishing, sailing, riding, beaches, spectacular scenery
and beautiful walks. The village shops are only minutes away
with butcher, chemist, post office and corner store.
Also three pubs in the area and many more in the nearby
villages for wining and dining.

| The
Pine Lodge which sleeps two, has spacious, modern, open-plan
lounge/kitchen/diner. Electric heating, double glazed
windows, wall to wall carpeting, attractive vaulted timber
ceilings and quality furnishings, garden.
Separate
bedroom with 5’ double bed or two single beds (zip and
link beds).
The bathroom
has bath with shower over, w.c. vanity unit with basin and
washing machine.
A remote control TV with teletex and integral video for your
use.
The kitchen
area has oven, hob, fridge with deep-freeze compartment,
microwave and sink, equipped with crockery, cutlery and all
cooking utensils. Linen and towels are provided and included
in the price.
- Electricity
is by meter reading. The meter is read on arrival and
departure.
- Visitors have
the use of the garden and garden furniture.
- It is
possible to accommodate one or two extra persons at an extra
charge.
