river it serves a good choice of meals. Plymouth is only 20 minutes
drive from here. The nearest town is Saltash on the river Tamar with
a good selection of shops, riverside pubs and restaurants, within 20
minutes drive over the river Tamar beside the "Brunel bridge" is
Plymouth. Beaches are only a half hours drive away, Whitsand Bay,
Cawsand and Kings Sand in Cornwall. Mount Edgecombe House is also a
short drive away.

Notter Mill is a great base for you to explore the South West.
Plymouth is just 20 minutes away.
Saltash is a picturesque little town well worth a day for a
visit. It's many shops provide you with all that you need and it's
friendly pubs are a joy to be included in!
Known as
the Gateway to Cornwall, Saltash lies on the River Tamar.
Saltash has good leisure facilities including sailing, a country
club, a leisure center and is close to the sea and the major city of
Plymouth.
Transport includes a railway station and the main A38 trunk road.
